KADO RESTAURANT was born out of great passion and love for Japanese food.

We operate according to the Japanese philosophies of Kaizen and Ikigai, which helps us to constantly improve and enjoy what we do. In Japan it is said that you eat first with your eyes, then with your mouth. We make sure that our healthy dishes please your eyes, delight you with the way they are served and are exquisite in taste. In our restaurant, we combine respect for Japanese tradition with openness to new flavours, this is why in our menu you will find both traditional items (nigiri, maki, uramaki, hosomaki, sashimi, maki in tempura) and fusion, for vegans, vegetarians, athletes or those on a keto diet.

There are also original specialties that will satisfy the taste of our most demanding guests. In special sets, we have included dishes for children, pregnant women or people who want to stay fit. We counted the calorific value of our rolls, so that the guests on a diet have greater awareness and control when choosing their meals.
